New York native Pearson Constantino weaves a delicate balance of melody, mood, texture, organic electronic sounds into his breathtaking debut release RE:@ on earSnake records.
Like the stark surreal cover design, RE:@ presents an aural landscape that is as familiar as pastoral sunset, yet as mysterious as a lucid dream. The flowing narrative of this album uses delicate acoustic guitar motifs and weightless electronica to disengage the mind, but the songs do more than just float by on spacey sonic cloud. There are moments of jarring clarity, mostly when Constantino's expert drum kit skills come into play. Over all Pearson's imagination finds form in the deeply meditative seeds of lush organic music and warm ever expanding celestial reverb.
